About the game
Voxenite is a co-op survival game set in a world built from blocks 0.125 m across, eight to a metre. A cubic metre holds 512 of them, and every one can be cut, burned, soaked or dug out.
So the world answers back. A felled oak keeps the shape of its crown, a grass fire leaves a ragged scar, and water finds every low spot on its way downhill.
Voxenite is in development and changes every day. You can watch it live on Twitch, YouTube or X.
- Blocks 0.125 m across. Eight to a metre, and every one can be cut, burned, soaked or dug out.
- Trees fall when cut. Chop through a trunk and the tree comes down the way it leans, crown and all. The stump and the log stay where they are.
- Fire spreads. Dry grass catches and the fire runs with the wind. Water puts it out where it lands, and what burned stays black.
- Water finds its level. Springs feed streams, streams fill ponds, and spilled water runs downhill.
- Torches burn down. Caves get no light but what you bring, and a torch burns down in your hand in about twenty minutes.
- Co-op. Host a world from the menu and your friends join you, in the same world at the same time.
